Richards “Todd” Hall brings over 20 years of experience in project consulting and staffing services. He approaches the business with a competitive and disciplined spirit. His grandfather was an Olympic gold medal winner in rowing at the Los Angeles Olympic Games and Todd followed those footsteps, winning the Pac-10 Championship at Cal Berkeley on the men’s eight crew team, teaching him valuable lessons in teamwork, effort, and perseverance.
Beginning his career in the Bay Area at Robert Half ($7B NYSE, S&P 500 index) he became a key growth contributor over a 20-year period. As District President was responsible for a $90MM P&L building over 10 physical branch offices from scratch, launching 4 new business lines, and held responsibility for over 100 internal employees.
His determination and perseverance was further amplified when in 2020, Todd was diagnosed with advanced metastatic melanoma and with the support of MD Anderson Center, UC San Diego Health, friends and family, continues to beat the odds. In 2022 founded Richards Carlyle Group (RCG), providing project and full-time specialized talent supporting the needs of B2B/B2C/R&D companies in such areas as including digital, marketing, technology, and life sciences. He is uniquely qualified to ensure that RCG’s clients achieve their growth goals by delivering top talent quickly.
